I’m Marlene Foster, a health and wellness coach in Madison, Wisconsin, and I’d love to help you build simple daily routines that support your energy, confidence, and independence. I work with seniors who want practical guidance with movement, nutrition, sleep, and day-to-day structure—without feeling judged or rushed. This work matters to me because I’ve seen people I love struggle with the realities of aging. I bring a Healthy Aging Coaching Certificate and training in habit change and motivational coaching to each session.

Start Your JourneyPayment is due at the time of your session (and before we begin an in-home visit). If you’re booking a package, you can pay in full or in agreed-upon installments.
I don’t bill insurance, and sessions are paid out of pocket. If your plan offers wellness benefits, I can provide a receipt for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as you can so I can offer the time to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged, but I’ll do my best to be understanding when life happens.
If you’re running late, please send a quick message. We’ll use the remaining time as well as we can, and we can talk about rescheduling if needed.
If you miss your appointment, please reach out when you can so we can get you back on track. Missed sessions may be charged, and no-shows are typically charged in full; repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings and can limit your ability to schedule. I may offer a one-time courtesy exception.
If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible and we’ll find a better time. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes, especially for health or caregiving needs.
If something doesn’t feel like a good fit after your first paid session, let me know and we’ll talk it through. Refunds are considered case by case.
You can book by phone, email, or message, and I’ll respond as soon as I’m able. For in-home visits, I may confirm a few details ahead of time, like the address, parking or access info, and any mobility needs.
I try to apply these policies with kindness and common sense. If illness, caregiving, or an unexpected situation comes up, please reach out and we’ll find a fair solution.
